Manchester/Nashua named top housing market

Realtor.com and The Wall Street Journal just dropped the latest housing market rankings—and guess who’s at the top? Both Manchester and Nashua, New Hampshire.

Realtor.com and The Wall Street Journal just dropped the latest housing market rankings—and guess who’s at the top? Both Manchester and Nashua, New Hampshire.

Manchester-Nashua made it to No. 1 thanks to high demand and quick sales. It’s no stranger to these rankings—it’s often one of the hottest housing markets in the country.

The downside? The median home price there is $599,900, according to the data.

Coming in second were Canton and Massillon, Ohio, where homes are a lot more affordable—around $272,950. Springfield, Massachusetts, snagged the No. 3 spot with a median price of $373,450.
